My favorite band name EVER, Starfucker, made a cover of Cyndi Lauper’s “Girls Just Wanna Have Fun.” It sounds like they took the regular music, took out the synth, replaced it with a gently strummed electric guitar and told the singer to whisper all the words. An instant indie hit if you ask me!
