In case any of you missed this (like I did), here’s the video of The Roots debuting their new single on Late Night last Wednesday, called How I Got Over. It’s a sick track, full of everyhting we’ve come to expect and love from The Roots, but what really made this track shine was Black Thought, who was gettin his James Brown on. I ain;’t mad atcha mayne. Their forthcoming album, also titled How I Got Over is set to drop October 20th.
